This presentation will address the steps for enforcement of letters rogatory or letters of request in Canadian courts. The presentation will discuss a recent notable case from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Svoboda v. ModiFace, which provides valuable insights for international counsel. Attendees will learn about the importance of cross-border coordination when pursuing evidence from a Canadian witness and bringing an application to a Canadian court. 
 
HOW TO REGISTER:
