Resolving Claims When Coverage Is at Issue: Do Your Expectations Meet Reality?

This program will examine how litigants can resolve claims when insurance coverage is disputed. It will offer a review of how coverage issues affect settlement dynamics in the context of a mediation, practical considerations about the roles of litigants and their counsel - and the mediator - at the settlement conference, and thoughts about how to bring finality to a coverage dispute during a mediation. Time will be afforded to respond to participant questions.
