Succession Planning: Practical and Ethical Considerations to Ensure the Future Success of Your Legal Organization

If the events of the past few years taught us anything, it is the importance of having a plan in place for when the unexpected occurs. Whether it be retirement, unexpected health issues, or family emergencies, there are a number of reasons attorneys may transition out of the practice of law. Having a well-thought strategy for adjusting is essential to ensure your legal organization can survive, and thrive, in the future. This webinar will address considerations and strategies in creating and refining your organization’s succession plan, as well as the ethical considerations involved in planning for the future.

Although there is no fee to attend, you must register so the IADC can plan accordingly for the number of interested participants.  To register, log-in with your IADC username and password.  Each participant must register individually as Zoom links will be specific to each participant.  If you have never attended an IADC event before, please create a guest account where requested on this site.

We hope that you will join us for this exciting and informative program.

NEW! Your IADC website profile. We recently updated member profiles to include your links to any virtual IADC meeting for which you are registered.
