Counsel’s Role in Business Crises: Anticipate, Avoid, and Learn from Catastrophes

This webinar will outline strategies for navigating business crises across the timeline of catastrophes: from anticipating and avoiding crises, to managing emergencies in real time, with a focus on in-house and external counsel’s roles in these processes. The webinar will specifically set forth pragmatic strategies for businesses, including: red teaming; premortems; assembling a crisis management team; and the impact of cross-border issues on these methods. Partnerships between law firms and clients, between in-house departments, and between clients, law firms, and/or vendors will be explored. The main goal of this webinar will be to equip attendees with practical tactics to try in a time when the world is especially focused on crisis management.
