This Webinar is the fifth in a series of complimentary Webinars the IADC will be presenting covering different aspects and effects of COVID-19 for our IADC members and clients.
Remote Depositions: A Panacea During a Pandemic?
For litigation to progress despite physical distancing, litigators must become adept at fully remote depositions. This panel will show how a deposition by video-conference takes place, how exhibits are shared, marked and even annotated, and how a high quality record can be obtained. The panel will also discuss challenges which the medium presents, how to avoid pitfalls, and the possible need for rules changes.
Webinars are complimentary. Please note that the IADC does NOT apply
for CLE Credit for its Webinars. However, attendees are welcome to apply
for and/or claim credit as their jurisdictions allow. Please contact
your state accrediting agency for state-specific requirements and rules.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Although there is no fee to attend, you must register so that the
IADC can plan accordingly for the number of interested participants.
You must be logged in with your IADC username and password in order to
register. Each participant must register individually. If you have
