Join Carol Michel and Marc Williams, two veteran master trial attorneys who have more than 100 jury trials between them, to hear their strategies for success in the courtroom. The discussion will include concrete takeaways about establishing Plaintiff’s failure to meet its burden of proof and how to anchor a specific damages amount for the jury.

Key Takeaways:

1. Identify complex issues that may come up in trial and be prepared to address them.
2. Understanding when conceding fault may be a good thing and when not.
3. Determine whether to submit to the jury a defense anchor for damages.
