The Right Way to Win - The Ethics of Presenting Trial Arguments

In this presentation, you will hear from trial lawyers who will discuss the ethics of presenting a winning argument at trial. Trial lawyers do their best to present their best case to a jury. But what happens when certain liberties are taken with the facts or the law in order to make complicated issues simple for a jury to consumer or to be persuasive? This panel will discuss the ethics of presenting the winning trial argument.

Key Takeaways:
•    What type of arguments can result in violation of ethics rules during trial
•    How to stay true to the facts and the law when presenting complicated issues at trial
•    When to draw the line when it comes to being persuasive
