 In an increasingly global mass tort litigation environment, this panel of counsel will explore current issues in cross-border litigation with a focus on issues related to discovery, production and cross-border co-ordination.

Topics will include understanding jurisdictional differences, and managing procedural, tactical and ethical issues surrounding inter jurisdictional discovery. The panel will draw on lessons learned from recent case law and provide practical tips for practitioners.
