Two-Day Corporate Counsel and Insurance Executive Package (for corporate counsel and insurance executives ONLY): Fee includes breakfasts, committee meetings, CLE programs, and any social events for general attendees on any two consecutive days of your choosing.


Spouses/Significant Others/Adult Guests who would like to receive CLE credit must register separately under the R1-Member/Non-Member main registration category.


In-Person Cancellation Policy: A CASH REFUND, less a $150 processing fee, will be made if a written notice of cancellation is received by the IADC office more than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the meeting. No reason for the cancellation need be provided for a timely notice of cancellation. NO CASH REFUND will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the IADC office thirty (30) days or less prior to the first day of the meeting. However, if special circumstances arise before the meeting which prevents attendance, a member may request a future meeting credit. The request needs to be in writing and submitted to the IADC office. It should be directed to the Finance Committee’s attention and note the special circumstances which caused the cancellation. The credit request can only apply to meeting registration fees (not air, hotel, activity, tour, or special event fees) and, if approved, will be valid for use toward any IADC meeting for one (1) year from the date of the meeting for which credit is requested. A $150 processing fee will be deducted from the total future meeting credit. All future meeting credit requests will be considered by the Finance Committee and the decision of that Committee will be final.

On-Demand CLE Content ONLY Cancellation Policy: Due to the availability of on-demand viewing following the meeting, NO CASH REFUND or future meeting credit will be processed by the IADC.

Tours and Activities Cancellation Policy: Registration for all tours and activities is requested by Tuesday, January 17, 2023.  Tours may fill prior to the January 17 deadline, so we encourage you to register early, if interested. In order to receive a full refund, cancellations of tours and activities offered through the IADC must be received by the IADC office in writing by January 17, 2023. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your spot.

Our raffle package is courtesy of the the Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii, home of the 2023 IADC Annual Meeting. This raffle prize includes a complimentary three night stay with breakfast, one round of golf for two people, and two 50-minute spa treatments. The drawing will be held at the Final Night Event on Wednesday, February 22. You do not need to be present to win. Tickets can also be purchased at the meeting.

On this tour, you will not only learn about city’s evolution of weird, but also explore the famous locations that made the city the “weird” destination it is today.  Go inside artist residences, visit funky local pads, and make stops at Austin’s most famous murals. This tour isn’t just about the weird destinations Austin is known for but also the people behind them. The registration fee is $99.00 USD per person and includes roundtrip transportation, admittance fees, bottled waters, and a guide.

It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1986. At the LBJ Presidential Library, visitors have an opportunity to learn about America’s 36th President, Lyndon Johnson, one of our most complex and fascinating leaders. While exploring the library’s exhibits, visitors step into a replica of the Oval Office, hear about life in the White House from the President’s daughters, delve into the digital archives to read letters, watch videos, view photos from the library’s collections, and experience the decade of the Johnson Administration – the turbulent 1960s. The registration fee is $99.00 USD per person and includes roundtrip transportation, admittance fees, bottled waters, and a guide.

Participants will be divided into teams before heading out on foot on this urban scavenger hunt where you will find clues at historic sites, “instagramable” murals, and all sorts of memorable places in-between. Play the game, see the sights, and experience downtown Austin in a whole new way! *The Empowerment Collaborative is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee initiative supporting the continued professional advancement of IADC’s women members. TEC welcomes all IADC members (women and men) who care. The registration fee is $65.00 USD per person and includes equipment, bottled waters, and guides.
