Join Heidi and Will Friedman for our next Cooking and Conversation, a series of informal cooking demonstrations and conversation based on recipes from the IADC Foundation’s new cookbook, International Accumulation of Delightful Cuisine. 

In advance of Rosh Hashanah, the Friedmans will be demonstrating a Jewish holiday staple, the brisket. In particular, they will be making their “No One Makes Brisket Better Than A Friedman” brisket recipe featured in the Foundation cookbook.

Heidi is with Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland, Ohio USA

The recipe will be included with your confirmation and you can cook along or just grab coffee or a cocktail and relax and watch the demonstration. The event will be through Zoom and will last one hour.

Please note: Shortly after registering you will receive an email from Mary Beth Kurzak that has your unique link to the Zoom meeting.  Please keep this email so you are able to enter the Zoom meeting. You can also save this appointment to your calendar.

Registration Instructions: Every attendee must register themselves for the cooking class (IADC member or non-member), and you need to be logged in with a username and password in order to register. If you have ever attended an IADC meeting or event before, you already have a username and password.  If you cannot remember your password, please email Diana Leon, Administrative Assistant,at dleon@iadclaw.org.

If this is your first time registering for an event, you will need to create an account when prompted on the registration page and then continue with your registration.

When registering, please select the "Register Myself " button, then answer the question and press the “Save Response”  button, followed by the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and finally the "Submit Order" button in order to complete your registration.
