We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing coronavirus situation, and while we hoped the situation would move in a direction that allowed us to safely have this meeting that is not the case. On March 15, the CDC offered a recommendation to cancel all events with 50 people or more for eight weeks and on March 16, the governor of Illinois banned events with the same parameters. This meeting is now canceled.

If you were registered for this meeting you will receive a separate correspondence with information on receiving a full refund  and on hotel room cancellations.

Registration Fees and Procedures
IADC outside counsel members and partners of members can attend the College only if they are accompanied by an in-house client.The package registration fee is $1,795 [includes one outside counsel ($1300) and one in-house client ($495)]. The fee for additional in-house clients is $450/each.

For in-house counsel and insurance executives attending on their own, the fee is $495. 

Cancellation Policy - While the Corporate Counsel College is still proceeding, we know that some companies have issued restrictions on non-essential travel, and some attendees might not be allowed to travel or feel comfortable traveling at this time. Because of these unique circumstances, the IADC is relaxing its cancellation policy for the Corporate Counsel College. If you need to cancel your registration anytime between now and the meeting, you only need to email the IADC (email Mary Beth Kurzak (mkurzak@iadclaw.org) and Maria Juarez (mjuarez@iadclaw.org)) and let us know you need to cancel. You can choose whether to get a full refund or have the full amount in a future meeting credit for any IADC meeting in the next year. We are waiving the $150 cancellation fee. If you are an outside counsel and your in-house client needs to cancel, you can still come to the College, and we will refund or give you a future meeting credit for the in-house client portion of your registration.
