2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

2020 VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING

While this year’s Annual Meeting is not what we originally planned or expected, we are very excited to have the ability to host a virtual mini-version. This will allow us to still connect, meet new people, learn, and have some fun.

We are offering CLE as well as social and family activities including annual favorites like the book review and family games. All complimentary! You just need to register in advance to attend. We also will have the Opening and Closing Sessions where we will conduct the annual business of the Association, including electing the new Board of Directors members.

Registration for the Virtual Annual Meeting is complimentary -- you’ll just need to register for each individual event you wish to attend. Important registration details are below.

Knowing that some of the scheduled times for activities won’t work for everyone, we have made July our International Regional Meeting month. Throughout the month, we will host numerous virtual Regional Meetings where our members all around the world can socialize and network, meeting at ideal times in their time zones.

While we can’t physically be together, we are looking forward to engaging and interacting with so many of you over the course of our Virtual Annual Meeting week!

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is available online only.  All sessions are complimentary and will be held via Zoom.

When registering, select each session you and/or your guest(s) plan to attend. If you are signing someone up for a session along with yourself or instead of yourself, please make sure to select the number of people participating (to include yourself) and then enter their name and any additional requested information in the drop-down question below each session description.  For example:

1. If you are signing up your spouse/significant other to join you at one of the events, you'd select (2) in the drop-down for that particular event and then, in the additional drop-down question below that event's description, you'd enter their name and any additional requested information.

2. If you are signing up a child to participate in, say, the IADC Kids Cooking Class, but neither you or your spouse plan to participate in that event, you can keep the default number at (1) in the drop-down for that particular event and then, in the additional drop-down question below that event's description, you'd enter your child's name and any additional requested information.

Prior to the meeting, the IADC will e-mail Zoom details and calendar reminders for each of your registered sessions.  If you do not register for each session you'd like to participate in (this includes the Opening and Closing Sessions), you will not be sent the Zoom details and calendar reminders.

PLEASE NOTE: Times are U.S. Central Daylight Time (CDT) which is five hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

QUESTIONS?
For questions concerning registration, please e-mail IADC's Meetings Registrar, Maria Juarez, at mjuarez@iadclaw.org. For all other questions, please e-mail IADC's Director of Meetings, Rebecca Zurcher Foltz, at rzurcher@iadclaw.org.
