Don't Miss Out! IADC Turnkey Tour Opportunities
The IADC is offering attendees an opportunity to register for two turnkey tours - the Manta Ray Snorkel and Kohala Waterfall Hike, which are offered numerous times during the week. Leave the driving, organization, and overall details to the professionals! While these activities can be less expensive if you do them on your own, by registering for one or both turnkey tours, you can sit back, relax, and truly enjoy these amazing once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Space is limited so if you and/or your family is interested, we encourage you to register soon.

Manta Ray Snorkel
The Travel Channel named this tour one of the 10 things you must do in your lifetime, and they would be correct. An amazing and unique experience that may only be done three places in the entire world. Depart the Fairmont Orchid with fellow IADC attendees and enjoy a 1.5 hour exclusive charter experience. Guides will take you to an ocean raft where you will witness graceful and glorious manta rays soaring beneath you as you leisurely and safely view them from above. This is a nocturnal ballet you won't soon forget.

Kohala Waterfall Hike
Stunning private waterfalls, tranquil streams, scenic coastlines, and rugged valleys, this is what Hawaii is about. Explore the north end of the Big Island and hike through an ancient Hawaiian agricultural site and a private nature reserve. Soak in soaring sea cliffs, remote valleys, and even go for a swim under one of seven waterfalls.

• Activities go off rain or shine and refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
• The per person price is the same for all registrants regardless of age.

Please Note: In order to participate in IADC sponsored activities or turnkey tours, each person MUST be registered for the Annual Meeting. If you are bringing family members or guests with you to Hawaii who are not registered for the meeting, they are not allowed to sign up for these activities/tours.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations of tour and activities must be received by the IADC office (email: Maddie Pangyarihan) in writing on or before Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded unless we are able to fill your spot.
