Hotel Reservation Notes
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It's true the EPIC SANA Lisboa is full, but don't let that keep you from attending the Annual Meeting!
Lisbon is an incredible city, and it is very easy to get around through public transportation and taxis. There are individual rooms available at a variety of hotels within walking distance of our host hotel. In addition, while the EPIC SANA Lisboa will house our CLE and business meetings, our Theme Party and Gala will be offsite from the hotel as well as the International Dinner, the Dine-Around, and all of our tours. So regardless if you are in the host hotel or in a nearby hotel, you are going to have a wonderful time at the Annual Meeting and in Lisbon.
As of May 29, there is still availability at the HF Fenix Garden, HF Fenix Urban, and HF Fenix Lisboa.
There are also currently rooms available at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, only a five-minute walk from the EPIC Sana Lisboa. The room rate is €400/per night, which is nearly half off the hotel's rack room rate.
In order to book a room within the block at the Four Seasons, there are a few stipulations in place:
1) A guest's stay must be paid for in full at the time the reservation is made.
2) Reservations are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Meeting Information and Fees
Member, Non-Member and Emeritus Member, Corporate Counsel/Insurance Executive (FULL MEETING Registrants), Spouse/Significant Other/Adult Guest/Adult Child: Fee includes Welcome Reception, Theme Party, Gala, various receptions, Committee and CLE meetings, and meeting materials. Two-Day Corporate Counsel and Insurance Executive Package (for corporate counsel and insurance executives ONLY): Fee includes Committee Meetings, CLE programs, and any events for general attendees on any two consecutive days of your choosing.
Senior and Junior Children: Fee includes the Welcome Reception and Theme Party.
*Spouses/Adult Guests who would like to receive CLE credit must register as a Non-Member Lawyer.
*Registration fees required for all Adult Children. Registration fees required for three oldest senior and junior children; additional senior and junior children and children under 5 are free.
