Payment - Credit card payment is required for online registration. Please note that the IADC and the Fairmont Chicago have relaxed its cancellation policies so the risk for registering, and then needing to cancel, is low. Reference the brochure on pages 26 and 29 for the complete cancellation policies.
Member, Non-Member and Emeritus Member, Corporate Counsel/Insurance Executive (FULL MEETING Registrants), Spouse/Significant Other/Adult Guest/Adult Child: Fee includes breakfasts, Welcome Reception, Theme Party, Gala, various receptions, Committee and CLE meetings, and meeting materials. Please note if you are a Corporate Counsel/Insurance Executive registering for the FULL MEETING and you bring a guest, the guest must be registered as a Spouse/Significant Other/Adult Guest (R2-Registration Category).
Two-Day Corporate Counsel and Insurance Executive Package (for Corporate Counsel and Insurance Executives ONLY): Fee includes breakfasts, Committee Meetings, CLE programs, and any events for general attendees on any two consecutive days of your choosing.
Senior and Junior Children: Fee includes breakfasts, the Welcome Reception, and Theme Party.
*Spouses/Adult Guests who would like to receive CLE credit must register as a Non-Member Lawyer (R1-Registration Category).
*Registration fees required for all Adult Children. Registration fees required for three oldest Senior and Junior children; additional Senior and Junior Children and children under five years of age are free.

CORONAVIRUS AND 2020 IADC MEETINGS
The IADC leadership is continuing to assess all remaining 2020 meetings in light of the coronavirus pandemic. It does not appear prudent to have the Professional Liability Roundtable/Medical Liability Roundtable in person in May, so we are working with the leadership of that meeting on options to utilize the excellent content. Registration for the Trial Academy and the Annual Meeting are now open and it is our hope that we will be able to have those meetings in July. Rest assured, we are assessing the conditions daily and will adjust our plans if we are not able to have a safe and enjoyable event. The International Corporate Counsel College registration does not open until mid-summer and it is our hope to have that meeting as well, but we will be assessing it over the next few weeks to ensure it can be a safe and productive meeting in light of any pandemic after effects.
